Plans

Plans differ in how many brands can have a page and how many AI generations you get a month. Everything else is on every plan.

Every plan includes the brand directory, featured brands and the logo widget for all your brands, plus styling, SEO and translations. Pro and Business start with a 14-day free trial. Prices are in US dollars, and Shopify bills your plan on your Shopify bill.

Changing plans

Settings > Plan shows your plan, how much of it you’ve used and what each plan includes. Click Change plan to open Shopify’s plan page, where you can move up or down at any time. Upgrade to … in a banner goes straight there. The new plan applies once you approve it.

Uninstalling VendorDeck ends your plan, and a reinstall starts on Free. Shopify remembers the trial days you’ve used for 180 days, so reinstalling doesn’t start a new trial.

How brand pages count

• A brand counts only while it has a page. Brands without one still show in the directory and the carousel, linked to your store’s collection of their products.
• Deleting a brand deletes its page and frees its place.
• If you move to a plan with fewer brand pages, you keep the pages you have. You can create new ones once you’re under the new plan’s limit.

When none are left, Create page and Create pages are greyed out. Create pages is also greyed out when you select more brands without a page than you have left.

How AI generations count

• One request counts as one generation: a brand’s short description and description take one, and its page title and meta description another.
• Failed requests don’t count.
• The count starts again on the first day of each month (UTC).

When none are left, Generate with AI is greyed out until the next month or a higher plan. The Dashboard shows where you stand on both.
